The Colorado Association of Professional Lobbyists, a Civica Management client, has begun offering every-other-week educational programming in Denver for members, prospective members and the general public.
The first program, on June 13, featured Jane Feldman, executive director of the Colorado Independent Ethics Commission. The second program, on June 27, featured Angela Lawson, lobbyist regulation program manager of the Colorado Secretary of State’s office.
Civica organized and managed both events, promoted them on social media and in the mainstream press, arranged for electronic registration, and secured Colorado Supreme Court continuing legal education credits. Both were well-attended.
CAPL, incorporated in 2011, is the recognized statewide group for Colorado’s lobby community. Its members are committed to integrity, good works and high ethical standards.
