A former business editor of The Denver Post and the Rocky Mountain News, Don founded Civica after managing a nonprofit, pro bono, in a down economy. He views AMCs like Civica as "sharing economy" companies because they let nonprofits share experienced staff who are specialized and cross-trained. Don has a BS in journalism from Kansas University.
